My Digital Timesheets: Our recruitment software is getting sleeker than ever

Here at My Digital, we’re always working to improve the software and make sure it’s the best it can be. That’s why we’re excited to announce our latest round of refinements for My Digital Timesheets. 

 

We’ve tweaked the visuals, streamlined the workflows, and added more flexibility when it comes to customising your data display. In short, we hope this will make your work easier, faster, and more enjoyable than ever. And because you’ll be able to work more efficiently, you’ll have more time to be productive!

 

It always starts with the dashboard

We hope you’ll like the new dashboard! The screen has had a slight UI redesign and hopefully it’s a little easier on the eye and more enjoyable to work with each day. All of your favorite features are still there, plus we’ve added some new ones too. So take a look around and let us know what you think! As always, thanks for using our platform.

More intuitive navigation

We’re excited to announce that the menu has moved! Now you can access it in the top left corner, and it will pop out from the left-hand side of the screen. This new menu also includes a Search box at the top which may be quicker to find what you need. More intuitive and optimised navigation will help you access all sections of the software faster than ever.

You decide how your data is displayed

Our new grid architecture is designed to be more flexible than ever, allowing you to customise how you want to work with tabular data. You can now make the column width shorter or longer, select or de-select the columns you wish to see, as well as determine how many records should be displayed per page. The same flexibility applies when you manage contractors’ records, now you will be able to search and display multiple records at once. This should improve performance and give you more control over how your data is displayed, making your workflow easier and more streamlined.

Clever features that save you time 

We’re excited to announce some refinements that will make your workflow even smoother and more efficient: the ability to link user timesheets to a particular purchase order with just a click of a button. This means that it’ll be much easier to find Purchase Orders and match them up with relevant timesheets. Then you can simply link them together, saving you valuable time and effort. We’re always looking for ways to make your life easier, and we hope this enhancement will help you work smarter, not harder. 

And it’s a wrap…

My Digital Timesheets is getting a sleek new user interface that will be more intuitive and customizable. This means that you’ll be able to work the way you want, find what you’re looking for faster, and get things done more easily. 

We’re on a mission to create a gold-standard software solution for payroll and recruitment businesses that are ambitious about their growth, and we are thrilled to have you on board with us as it happens. 

The changes will be implemented on the 12th of November 2022.
